Fraudulent Orders or False Claims

Shop Mali takes fraudulent orders and false claims seriously. We have a private attorney and will pursue legal action if necessary. Please be considerate of small businesses.

Lost Packages

Shop Mali is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly to file a report or claim.

If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue and you have evidence of a filed claim along with the carrier's resolution, please contact us for additional support.

If your order is marked as delivered and misplaced at the final destination, we regret to inform you that we cannot replace the order.

Received the Wrong Item or Size

We sincerely apologize for any mistakes! If you received an incorrect item or size:

  • Provide your name, order number, registered email, details about the product, and photos of the item.

We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Returns and Refunds

  • NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.
  • If an exception to this policy is granted, the customer will be responsible for all shipping-related costs.
