Shipping Policy
Mali is not responsible if the address provided is incorrect or if the package appears as delivered but has not arrived. In case the item is returned for this reason, the customer must pay the shipping cost again.
Each order is shipped within 7 to 14 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and additional shipping time by the postal service. The majority of our pieces are custom-made upon request. We usually ship twice a week, although it may vary. For more information, check our social networks, where we are active daily and we announce the shipping days through stories or publications.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.
Lost or damaged packages:
We regret to inform you that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility. While we take utmost care in packaging your handmade jewelry securely, unforeseen circumstances during transit are beyond our control.
If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
